BVZL Boats — Lead Enquiry Privacy Notice
Effective date: 10 October 2026
This notice explains how BVZL Boats handles information provided in boat enquiries, including Facebook and Instagram lead forms, enquiries sent by email and website enquiry forms. It does not describe every technical cookie or tracking activity of the website.
1. Who handles your enquiry
BVZL Boats is operated by
For privacy questions or requests, email boatsbvzl@gmail.com.
2. Information you provide
Depending on the form or communication, we receive your name, email address, optional telephone number, company name, country, business type, boat requirements, estimated order quantity, purchasing timeframe and the contents of your enquiry. We receive this information directly from you or when you submit a Meta lead form to BVZL Boats. Meta may prefill details from your profile; please check them before submitting.
3. How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, send relevant boat specifications and quotations, discuss dealer or wholesale cooperation and requested configurations, and keep a record of the enquiry. We use the contact methods you provide to follow up on that enquiry. Submitting an enquiry is not a subscription to unrelated promotional messages.
Providing information is voluntary. Required fields are marked in the form. Without sufficient contact or requirement information, we may be unable to respond or prepare a quotation.
4. Who receives information
We do not sell enquiry information or forward it to independent dealers or other companies for their own sales or marketing. Meta processes information submitted through its Facebook and Instagram services under its own privacy policy. Email communications to our Gmail address also involve Google’s email services. These platform services are separate from referrals to dealers. We may disclose information if required by applicable law.
For the platforms’ own handling practices, see Meta’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy.
5. International handling
Our company is located in China, so an enquiry submitted from another country involves sending information to a company in China. Meta and Google operate international services, and their own policies describe their processing locations and transfer arrangements. Privacy laws may differ between countries. You can contact us before submitting an enquiry if you have questions about international handling.
6. Retention
We keep enquiries that do not result in a transaction for six months, then remove them from our active enquiry records. Transaction and other records subject to legal retention requirements are handled separately. Records controlled by Meta or Google are subject to those providers’ retention practices.
7. Requests and choices
You can email boatsbvzl@gmail.com to ask about the information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop following up. Depending on applicable law, other rights may include access, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. Requests may be subject to identity verification and lawful retention exceptions. You may also raise a concern with the relevant privacy regulator in your country.
Please do not include identity documents, payment card details or other sensitive information in a general boat enquiry.
8. Changes
We will update this notice when our enquiry handling changes and show the effective date above. Contact boatsbvzl@gmail.com with any question about this notice.
